These are the scenes where Bobby Brazier first appears on EastEnders, as Little Mo Slater’s son Freddie attends Kat (Jessie Wallace) and Phil Mitchell’s wedding (Steve McFadden).
Bobby, the late reality star Jade Goody’s son, was officially announced as Freddie last week and will be thrown into one of the summer’s major plotlines for the show.
The EastEnders cast has been busy filming some thrilling wedding-related scenes on location.
But Kat and Phil’s happy day might not last long because another return will cause chaos.
Alfie, Kat’s ex-husband, is returning in time to crash the wedding, and Shane Richie’s comeback is officially confirmed.
But will he succeed in bringing his ex back?
The photographs show Bobby for the first time in his new capacity, but it is unclear what brought him to this particular family gathering.
Bobby expressed his excitement about joining the EastEnders cast, saying, “So far, it’s been perfect.”
“Everyone has been so lovely to me and has made adjusting here much simpler than I could have imagined.”
“Entering the acting world has always been a goal of mine, and being able to do that with EastEnders as a Slater is a blessing, for which I am extremely appreciative.
Love Freddie to pieces so far and can’t wait to see what Walford has in store for him.
This week, Kim Medcalf, who plays Sam Mitchell, and Perry Fenwick, who is best known for playing Billy, were on set with Bobby, whose father is Jeff Brazier.
Laila Morse, who recently confirmed she would be leaving her role as Big Mo Harris, and Danielle Harold, who recently confirmed she would be leaving her role as Lola Pearce, were also spotted.
Executive Producer Chris Clenshaw gushed: “Freddie Slater is a troubled 18-year-old with a sensitive soul.
A young man from the modern era who is spiritually attuned. He is accepting and philosophic, but he is also mischievous and prone to error.
Bobby is a wonderful new cast member of EastEnders who brings heart and humility to the role of Freddie Slater. I can’t wait for viewers to get to know him.
Another factor that might prevent the wedding from going ahead is Phil’s ongoing feelings for Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean).
When Phil discovered that Sharon was in contact with his estranged brother Grant, he stormed back to Kat after they recently shared a passionate kiss and declared their love for one another.
The scene is set for a fiery summer wedding, and Freddie will see firsthand just how crazy life can get in Walford.
September will see the scenes air.
