Park reservations are required to enter Walt Disney World. Find out which summer and fall dates are currently unavailable.
Park reservations

Since the gradual reopening of theme parks, park reservations were required for the four theme parks. Although Disney sometimes offers more park passes, it’s a good idea to secure them as soon as you book your vacation. This is especially important during the busiest times of the year.
Holidays and school holidays increase the number of visitors to the Disney Parks. Park reservations fill up quickly for these times. Previously, the Disney booking calendar allowed reservation until the end of 2023. This has recently been extended to January 2024.
Summer park reservations

Currently, park reservations for theme park tickets and Disney Resort guests are somewhat limited for the month of June. For this week from June 15 to June 17, only EPCOT is available for a park reservation.

Throughout June, EPCOT is available for park reservations every day. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is offering a few additional park reservations. Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom offer very limited park reservations.
In July, all dates are available for park reservations for every park with one exception. On The 4th of Julytheme park ticket holders and Disney Resort guests are unable to get park reservations for Magic Kingdom. This is due to the return of the “Disney’s Celebrate America – A 4th of July Concert in the Sky” fireworks display. Read our story HERE.
As we head into August, all dates are also open for park reservations. This brings us to the fall months.
Fall Park Limited Reservations

As we head into fall, September has park reservations available for all dates. The park’s limited reservations only affect one week in October, and it’s not for Halloween.
Currently, Park reservations are not available for Theme Park Ticketholders and Disney Resort Guests from Monday, October 10 through Friday, October 14. For the moment, this only concerns the Disney studios in Hollywood. This park tends to be among the first not available for park reservations.

So why this week? Columbus Day falls on Monday, October 10, which tends to draw large crowds to Walt Disney World. We recommend that you make your park reservations as soon as possible, especially during holiday periods.

Right now Annual Passholders can still make park reservations at all parks for this week in October.
